This week we remember one of the most influential activists in American History, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.. He fought valiantly for the rights of black Americans; to get equality for all in our country.
Activists today are still fighting many of the same battles he fought in the 60s.
Aaron and Mitch also talk about workplace rights in the LGBTQ community and their protection under title Vll stating employers can’t discriminate based on sex, which is now interpreted as including sexual orientation.
